The hotel stuff members were very friendly and nice, the room was clean and spacious, and a breakfast was tasty! La Cite was very beautiful from the top floor of the hotel!

This place is a trendy and unique hotel located in a shopping area that is super close to both the bus station and the train station. It's also conveniently near the Cite, the town center, and the canal 🚶.

Terrace restaurant looked quite cozy. However, the food and the service were really poor. I would definitively not recommend to lunch or dinner here.

We appreciated the clean and spacious rooms with a view of the castle and enjoyed the rooftop bar during our relaxing stay.

The service was great and the pool was good.

The location was excellent - exactly what we wanted. Both dinner and breakfast were very good in 4th floor dining room with view of the 'cite' of Carcassone. Modern, so not much character but quality of service and location made up for that. Staff were superb.

Sadly the small indoor pool, which had been a specific selection criteria, was out of action for the whole weekend - no-one's fault I suppose, but disappointing for my 11 year old daughter especially. Also, very limited bar area in restaurant so nowhere to have a drink before you go out.
